How to Resolve TV payment Issue

IUC number and registered phone number.

Once logged in, click on CHANGE below the app.

Then click on your current Package beside your IUC number.

You will see details of your current package including the status.


To upgrade or downgrade your package, click on Change Package Now

Then select your preferred package and click the Next button to complete the package switch.
